I have came to the conclusion that I will probably not use the 4 816 cabs and the 8 921 mid-woofs that are in them....and the extra large MR horns that came with the set.
I was thinking about saving them one day for a killer HT in a large room...... But that may be much longer down the road as anticipated. I was also thinking about the logistics about when I do move, and it will be a pain.
I am thinking that I might sell them. I have not used them since I have bought them.
I all ready have a pair of 15's for the garage & a pair of 604's for the house.
I will keep the 291 drivers though...I want/will to replace the diaphragms with the 288's and get a pair of 416's to go with.
oh well, it could be worse.....lol!

4 817's (whoops) with 8 921's. No 515's unfortunately =:>(

That was analog... all I had were 817's and large MR horns.

I have 604's in 817's. Great bass. They are a bit on the large size but they are much better than 515's in 828 cabs.

Jim,
I take it you have the stanley screamers then? Those are the only 817's that I have seen come loaded with 604's.
So, in you 817's, do you them fully loaded with 604's, or do you just have a pair of 604's and what is taken up the other spot , 416, 515?
Thanks,
-chris
Four 604 HPLN Plus 288G on MR94.

Picture. I tried this with IE8 with no luck. This is thru FireFox.
Jim
It si crystal here, I primarily use FF anyways.
I do not do IE, only if my bank or insurance requires it though, cannot stand IE.
So what is the driver/woofer makeup there you have going on?
So, do you have 2 604's in each cabinet, with a large format driver on top on the 817 connected to the MR horn?
What are you running them with, XO?
Thanks,
-chris
